- A handover meeting six weeks before your wedding.
- Producing scaled floor plans.
- Creation of your wedding day schedule and timeline, pre-approved with you.
- Providing ongoing consultation and advice.
- Sourcing last-minute suppliers and assisting with final details.
- Managing, coordinating, and supervising all existing suppliers.
- Becoming the venue and supplier point of contact.
- Overseeing all elements of the event day setup.
- Ensuring the layout of the room matches your plan.
- Providing a full emergency wedding kit (including first aid, safety pins, sun cream, scissors, etc.).
- On-the-day coordination with two coordinators present from start to finish. Myself as your Wedding Manager on the day with an assistant coordinator
