Flights, transfers and accommodation during the site visits and actual event are to be covered by the client. For the duration of the wedding, coordinators require to stay in the main hotel or as close to the main hotel as possible. Transfers to the hotel are to be covered by the client if the Piya’s Team are not staying in the main hotel.
